  5. Choose your payment method (Cash on Delivery, Payment by card, etc.).

  6. Confirm your order — and that’s it!

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing it.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary by location but typically range between 2–5 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.


🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and we’ve got your back.

✅ Eligible Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damageddefective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

💵 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).


📦 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — but you can request a return after delivery (if eligible).
